 Jennifer Veal-Raby is a native of Los Angeles. Her father, the late Dr. Zeno R. Veal taught his four children the importance of prayer and having a relationship with God. Dr. Veal was an advocate of education and he encouraged sports in the family.

Jennifer is happily married to John Raby. She has one biological daughter, Jordan, and four bonus children whom she loves, Kandi, Joshua, Jazzlyn, and Crystal.

Ms. Veal-Raby graduated with a double degree in Psychology & Black Studies while playing basketball at California State University of Long Beach. Later, she graduated with her MSW at California State University of San Bernardino. In 2022, she started law school at Northwestern California School of Law. 

​

Ms. Veal-Raby worked for Los Angeles County of Department of Children and Family Services for the last 20 years as a Children's Social Worker. Ms. Veal-Raby was a high school and collegiate basketball official for over 25 years. Ms. Veal-Raby is excited about launching Faith That Works which is a Christian clothing line and a business where they can provide hope, encouragement and healing to ladies throughout the world.

Faith That Works, LLC was birthed after the demise of the late, Pastor Dr. Zeno R. Veal, Ph.D. who was the Senior Pastor of Faith That Works Christian Church in Pasadena, California.  Dr. Veal was a man of integrity, faith, a man of prayer, a man that loved his family and loves his children. Dr. Veal played football for UCLA and instilled a passion for sports with all his children.

Faith That Works, LLC aims to provide clothing with biblical and scripture concepts.  The clothing line is designed to promote faith, love and encouragement in all aspects of life but especially to athletes, single parents, couples, men, women and all people.
