Items purchased from the Faith That Works marketplace are custom made and printed especially for you. Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective. Exchanges, however, can be offered for apparel sizing issues or if your item is not up to our usual standards. To set up an exchange, please reach out via email; include your original order number, a picture of the damaged item, and the size you'd like in your e-mail, and we'll take care of the rest!If something you received is defective or not up to our usual standards please contact us via the Contact form with a picture of the damaged item and your order number and we will gladly take a look for you to resolve what went wrong!
